Which ticket should I buy?

Player Ticket or Junior Ticket

To participate in a Mythodea event, you need a Player Ticket (SC Ticket / Player Batch) or a Junior Ticket (Junior Batch for ages 7 to 13) from our ticket shop.
If you want to play freely and do whatever you feel like, you’ll need a SC Ticket or Junior Ticket.

Ticket prices are determined by the available batch. Once a batch is sold out, the price automatically changes to the next batch.

NPC Ticket

With an NPC Ticket (NSC Ticket / NPC Batch), you can become part of the world’s largest NPC armies. Being an NPC (Non-Player Character) doesn’t mean you’re not playing, but rather that you’re not free to choose what you play.
Most of the schedules, actions, costumes, gameplay style, and background story are determined by the gamemasters. Additionally, you’ll have the option to get certain equipment at a discounted rate on skald.com.

Early Arrival Ticket

The regular ticket grants you access to the core event period. However, if you’d like to arrive earlier, you’ll need an additional Early Arrival Ticket.

Selection of the camp and campsite

From autumn you can register your tickets for a camp of your choice:

1) Log in to your account at https://skald.com/.

2) Now you can select the tickets individually under “Tickets” (dropdown menu top right), choose one of the camps with “Pick Location” and confirm with “Select”.

If you don’t have an account yet, create a new account at https://skald.com/ with the email address you used to buy the tickets, then the tickets will automatically be added there.

If you have any questions, simply send an email to info@skald.com.

Transmission / Cancellation / Refund / Resale

A transmission, cancellation, or refund is unfortunately not possible, as tickets are generally not subject to the right of withdrawal. (See also our Terms and Conditions https://skald.com/ [AGB (bottom right) -> 6. Right of Withdrawal -> B. Ticket Sales -> 1. General Information on Ticket Purchases -> 1.4])

However, you can transfer or resell the tickets. A function for transferring tickets to another person can be found in your account on https://skald.com/ under “Tickets” in the dropdown menu at the top right.

Tickets can be resold in designated Facebook groups, for example: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1500490776748019/

How to Transfer Tickets

IMPORTANT: We strongly advise that when purchasing tickets from third parties, you complete the ticket transfer before making any payment.

You can find a function to transfer tickets to another person in your account on https://skald.com/ under “Tickets” in the dropdown menu at the top right.

Simply select the ticket, click on “send,” and enter the email address of the recipient.
The recipient must then confirm the ticket transfer in their own Skald account.

We strongly recommend completing the ticket transfer before making any payment when buying tickets from third parties. In case of any issues with tickets, we can assist and, if necessary, reverse the transfer. Skald does not charge any fees for ticket transfers.

If you encounter any ticket-related problems, please contact us directly at info@skald.com.

Lost or Didn't Receive Your Ticket?

If you’ve lost your ticket or haven’t received it, don’t worry.
Your tickets can be found in your Skald account in the dropdown menu at the top right under “Tickets.”

If you don’t have an account yet, create a new one using the email address you used to purchase the tickets at https://skald.com. The tickets will automatically be transferred to your account.

If you encounter any issues with your tickets, it’s best to contact us directly at info@skald.com.

Tickets for People with Disabilities

We would like to offer these tickets in order to lower the barriers to participate in our event.

Tickets for people with disabilities (GdB75)
Tickets for people with disabilities are specially discounted tickets intended for people who have a degree of disability of at least GdB 75 or more.
This degree of disability must be proven at the check-in on site with the help of the severely disabled person’s ID card. We kindly ask people from abroad to contact us by e-mail, as the regulations may be different there.

Accompanying person ticket
The accompanying person ticket is intended for all persons accompanying a person with a disability who has the symbol B on their passport. The degree of disability of the person to be accompanied is irrelevant. Only the B mark must be present on the ID. It is also important that both persons must be participants in our event. This will also be checked at the check-in on site. We ask people from abroad to contact us by email, as the regulations may be different there.

For an early arrival, both ticket types require standard SC / Player Early Arrival Tickets.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@skald.com.

Social Tickets

We would like to introduce you to our charity tickets. These are especially drastically discounted tickets that are meant for people who cannot afford one of our regular tickets for a variety of reasons. While stocks last, these are available in our shop from October. 25 people can apply for these tickets right rom October – i.e. be put on a waiting list for them. Once a month, we go through the applications and ask for a short, undefined and informal justification by email. No official proof or anything like that is required. This small hurdle is intended to ensure that these tickets actually end up in the right hands.
However, we only conduct random checks to verify the truthfulness of what is communicated to us – we simply trust in the honesty and integrity of our participants.

If there are more applications than there are charity tickets, the order will decide. If more than 500 tickets are sold, we will release more charity tickets. For these, the waiting list will start again.

Hopefully this new possibility will make it easier for one or the other to experience a great LARP with us. We are looking forward to seeing you!
